- Stanley Park
You can spend: 4-5 hours Stanley Park is Vancouver's first, largest, and most beloved urban park.Designated a national historic site of Canada, Stanley Park is a magnificent green oasis in the midst of the heavily built urban landscape of Vancouver.

The park offers a wide range of unforgettable experiences for all ages and interests.
Main Attractions include Lost Lagoon, Siwash Rock, Hollow Tree, Beaver Lake, Prospect Point, Brockton Point Lighthouse and 9 Totem poles. You could explore the Stanley Park via car or by bike.

- Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
Address: 3735 Capilano Road, North Vancouver BC V7R 4J1 You can spend:3-4 hours There are 3 attractions in this park namely Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and the exciting new Cliffwalk. The 450 ft (137m) long, 230 ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge has thrilled visitors since 1889.
Treetops Adventure takes guests 100 feet into the mid-story of a coastal rainforest on seven suspension bridges attached to old-growth trees. It is accessible to guests age 2 to 92.
The new Cliffwalk follows a granite precipice along Capilano River on a labyrinth-like series of narrow cantilevered bridges, stairs and platforms through rainforest vegetation.

- Grouse Mountain

- Butterfly Gardens

- Whistler-Blackcomb Mountains
Whistler-Blackcomb Mountains are located approximately 2 hours from Vancouver downtown. It is the site for 2010 Winter Olympics. You can spend:8-10 hours There are multiple trails in Whistler and Blackcomb area. Mountain Biking is famous outdoor activity during summer whereas as Skiing is the winter outdoor activity. Both the peaks can be accessed via Gondola from the Whistler Village. There is also Peak to Peak Gondola connecting Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. Whistler Summit Interpretive Walk (Local`s Favourite) LENGTH: 1.6km (1mi); 60 minutes (loop) ELEVATION CHANGE: 30m (98ft) Description: Two loops of single track trail at the top of the Peak Express wind their way around the summit of Whistler Mountain. See incredible views, along with alpine ecosystem and local history storyboards.

- PEAK Express TRAVERSE
LENGTH: 0.6km (0.37mi); 10 minutes (one-way) ELEVATION CHANGE: 55m (180ft) Description: An easy, wide trail providing two-way access from the Roundhouse Lodge to the Peak Express. Please remain on the trail and avoid walking on the vehicle access road. Other more time consuming difficult Whistler Trails includes: Harmony Lake Trail & Loop, Harmony Meadows, High Note Trail, Half Note Trail, Pika's Traverse road, Burnt Stew Road and Matthew's Traverse Road.

- Blackcomb Alpine Walk (Local`s Favourite)
LENGTH: 1.6km (0.96 mi): 60 minutes (round loop) ELEVATION CHANGE: 65 m (213 ft) DESCRIPTION: A gentle walking route that leads away from the Rendezvous Lodge with spectacular views of Fitzsimmons Valley through a sub-alpine forest. This walking trail has excellent photo opportunities and alpine ecosystem storyboards. Other more time consuming difficult Blackcomb Trails includes: Overlord Trail, Tree line Trail, Marmot Trail, Lakeside Loop and Decker Loop. Website: Click here
